The Wastewater Collection Division is responsible for the continuous sanitary sewer service for all residential and commercial customers by providing proper preventative and corrective maintenance to wastewater system. Maintenance tasks include: line cleaning to remove any stoppages in the system, smoke testing, and closed circuit televising (CCTV) to help detect any problems.
The Wastewater Collection Division is responsible for maintaining approximately 520 miles of sanitary sewer lines (ranging from 6″ to 54″), a total of 9,100 manholes, and 70 lift stations.
