Many items marked as disposable and/or flushable do not degrade like toilet paper, and they end up clogging pipes, tangling pumps and causing messy sewer backups into streets, businesses and homes.

Please do not flush items such as

  • diapers
  • medicine
  • pads
  • tissues
  • condoms
  • wipes
  • tampons
  • dental floss
  • plastic bags

You can only flush organic material already processed by your body and toilet paper.

Remember the three “P’s” – pee, poo, and paper.
