Based on a directive from the City Council a Boil Water Credit for water and sewer has been added to the Utility bills in the month of December 2024. Please note the following important information regarding the Boil Water Credit appearing on customer water accounts. The Boil Water Credit is currently displayed as a “pending” item on customer accounts in the system. This status indicates that the credit has been applied but will not be considered a payment until it is officially billed in December 2024. Customers are required to pay their account balances in full, excluding the pending credit, by the stated due date. Pending credits cannot be used to offset current payment obligations until they are officially billed. If payment is not made in full, late fees will be assessed on the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in service disconnection.
