The City of Laredo’s Backflow Prevention & Cross-Connection Control Program safeguards public drinking water and protects the health of our customers by maintaining a high level of cross-connection control and backflow prevention.
To protect the water system, backflow prevention assemblies are required for all connections that may present a potential source of contamination to the public water system.
